Submission Information

Papers must be written in English and should have no more than 8 pages. Submissions should be submitted in PDF format and utilize the IEEE double-column template for conference papers.

Papers will be evaluated using a double-blind process. This means that for the purpose of evaluating the paper, (1) author's names and affiliations must not appear on the title page or elsewhere in the paper, (2) funding sources must not be acknowledged, (3) and other information that may allow identifying the authors must not be included in the paper.

The evaluation criteria for papers are those of the main BIBM 2026 conference for research papers. In particular, papers must present original research that is not under consideration in other journals, conferences and workshops.

For each accepted paper, at least one author must register and attend the workshop (online) and present the paper.
